Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Mainframe Developer to support global Trading & Supply operations remotely.

The role focuses on system reliability, automation, modernization, and continuous improvement across business-critical platforms. The candidate will develop and maintain mainframe applications with COBOL, CICS, IMS, JCL, and DB2, while supporting MQ integrations and performing DB2 administration.

Qualifications

• Experience with CICS, IMS, and/or MQ integration.
• Knowledge of DB2 tools (IBM, CA, BMC).
• Experience with REXX, Python, or z/OSMF workflows.
• Participation in migration or upgrade projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
