Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) seeks an experienced Sr. CICS Systems Programmer to administer IBM z/OS environments including CICS and MQ within a secure DoD enterprise. You will ensure performance, security, and reliability for mission-critical systems.

The role requires hands-on installation, upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and extensive documentation, with strong emphasis on change management and government-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IBM z/OS, CICS, MQ environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training.
• Secret clearance required; IAT Level I certifications (A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP or CCNA Security) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, upgrade, and maintain IBM CICS, MQ, and related software on z/OS.
• Troubleshoot abends, outages, and performance using logs and monitoring tools.
• Ensure STIG/SRG compliance and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
