Skills

Knowledge of SMP/E, software upgrades and maintenance

Knowledge of all CICS parameters that control performance

Experience with CICSPlex SM implementation

Ability to perform problem determination and performance tuning

Knowledge of Cobol

Experience with Mainframe Websphere MQ

Understanding of CICS REST Services
