Job summary

Diverse Lynx LLC is seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst for a contract role in Columbus, GA, onsite. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience supporting mainframe-based operations, with strong skills in SDLC concepts, requirements management, and collaborating across business lines.

You will translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and use cases, work with development and QA teams, support UAT, prioritize backlog, perform impact analysis, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in business analysis for mainframe operations.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows and use cases.
• Collaborate with business, operations, development and QA teams to validate solutions and support UAT.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, root cause analysis and continuous improvement with compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes, identify gaps and modernization opportunities, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with business, operations, development, and QA teams to validate solutions, support UAT, perform impact analysis, and ensure alignment with business and non-functional requirements.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, root cause analysis, reporting, documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with internal controls and data protection standards.
• Seasoned BA with 8–10 years of experience supporting mainframe-based business operations, process optimization, and functional requirement delivery in a hybrid work model.
