Job summary

Diverse Lynx LLC in Atlanta, GA 30303 is seeking a Mainframe Developer with 8–10 years of experience to lead onsite client engagements and coordinate with offshore teams. The role focuses on COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS, ensuring high-quality delivery and issue resolution.

You will act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, supporting project execution and production stability. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.

Experienced Mainframe professional responsible for leading onsite client engagements, driving application development and support activities, and coordinating with offshore teams. Provides technical leadership in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and related technologies while ensuring high quality delivery, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction. Acts as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, supporting project execution, production stability, and continuous improvement initiativ

Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute

• 8 years of Experience in Java, Spring boot
• Should be able to lead a Technical Team in Onsite Offshore.
• Should have very good communication skills
