Job summary

Tech Mirrors in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Sr Mainframe Developer for a contract, hybrid role (minimum 3 days in office). The ideal candidate has 10–16 years of hands-on mainframe experience.

You will design, code, and implement banking applications using COBOL, JCL, VSAM, IMS, CICS and DB2, ensure secure, high-quality deliverables, and collaborate with product teams. Expertise in CICS screen programming is mandatory; MQ Series and IMS DB experience required.

Qualifications

• 10–16 years of experience in mainframe development.
• Strong COBOL, JCL, VSAM, IMS, CICS and DB2 expertise.
• CICS screen programming is mandatory.
• MQ Series and IMS DB experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Banking regulatory platforms preferred.
• Hands-on coding and version control experience.
