Job summary

Freeman Health System in Freeman, WV is seeking an experienced perioperative services leader to manage the Main Operating Room (CVOR). The role focuses on planning, directing, and evaluating clinical staff while aligning with the health system's mission and budget considerations.

You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and management to ensure efficient patient flow, staffing, and safety, participating in policy development and staff recruitment as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or compact state RN license.
• If compact license, it must be in resident state.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, direct, coordinate and evaluate clinical staff for the Main Operating Room (CVOR).
• Collaborate with management to develop a clinical climate and ensure adequate staffing for daily operations.
• Coordinate with anesthesia and multidisciplinary team to optimize resource use and safety.
