Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgical Engineering or related discipline; Master's/PhD preferred.
• 8+ years of experience developing, optimizing, or scaling industrial materials, coatings, surface treatment, finishing, or related processes.
• Experience designing and executing lab and pilot-scale experiments with statistical analysis.
• Proven track record leading complex technical projects from concept through scale-up.
• Experience supervising or leading engineers and technical staff in R&D or manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and optimization of chemical processes at lab and pilot scale for permanent magnets.
• Design and conduct experiments to optimize coatings, application, plating, finishing, epoxy coating, surface treatment, and adhesives.
• Apply findings to scale-up to production.
• Manage engineers to ensure high-quality execution and data collection.
• Lead and manage projects, document findings, and build team knowledge of magnet research.
• Collaborate with EHS to ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
