Qualifications

• Reads, understands, and follows blueprints, complex drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Ability to mentor less experienced team members and assist with training.

Responsibilities

• Runs multiple machines efficiently, possibly with simultaneous operations.
• Sets up and operates conventional or special purpose machines with close tolerances.
• Interprets customer requirements from blueprints and specifications.
• Interfaces with engineering to resolve drawing errors and improve processes.
• Develops and defines processes with limited documentation; performs complex setups.
• Trains and mentors less experienced team members.
• Performs other related responsibilities as requested.
