Job summary

Belcan Corporation is seeking a Machinist Supervisor for the Mid Shift in Ogden, UT. You will lead CNC machinists, ensure production schedules are met, and drive continuous improvement across the machine shop.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, quality, maintenance, planning, and supply chain to maintain throughput and quality. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of CNC supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in CNC machining.
• Experience supervising machinists and CNC operators.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing production schedules and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead daily operations in the Machine Shop.
• Ensure machining meets schedules, quality, and customer commitments.
• Promote a safe working environment and policy compliance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop machinists through feedback.
• Monitor machine utilization, productivity, scrap, quality, and OEE.
