Job Description

Perform general machining functions in support of various Departments throughout the Plant, including assisting in supporting Departments.

Hourly or Salary Range: $27.06– $37.45

Essential Functions

• Provide support for new projects, engineering projects, and new tooling requirements
• Maintain Environmental, Health, & Safety standards in the workplace
• Demonstrate dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations
• Work with entry-level machinists

Education and Training

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.)
• 7+ years of job experience
• Ability to manage time efficiently

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Able to work well with others

Physical Demands

• Ability to bend, twist, and lift repetitively
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds occasionally

Environmental Conditions

• Eye protection required at all times
• Hearing protection required at all times
• Exposure to hot and cold temperatures
• Exposure to metal working fluids
• Exposure to noisy conditions
• Steel toe boots with metatarsals are required at all times
