Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies in Exeter, NH is seeking a Machinist IV to produce precision parts using both manual and automated machine tools. You will measure parts, install machine components and conduct quality inspections to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience, strong setup and programming skills, and the ability to mentor junior machinists. This on-site role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to work on mission-critical

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Estimate dimensions of workpieces and equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Produce or repair precision parts using manual and automated equipment.
• Program complex parts to be machined.
• Set up, adjust, and operate basic machine tools for precision machining operations.
• Measure and outline parts to be machined to obtain accurate dimensions.
• Design complexed manufacturing fixtures.
• Mentor and train junior machinists.
