Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking experienced Machinists to advance skills and contribute to sustainable solutions for mining and cement industries. You will operate lathe and milling machines, review drawings, take precise measurements, and monitor production for quality and efficiency.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus experience with machine tools or mechanical assembly; safety protocols are essential. Apprenticeship or vocational training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent coordination and mechanical skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and safety.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in math.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains lathe and milling machines.
• Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints or samples for accuracy.
• Takes precise measurements for cutting or shaping.
• Plans proper sequence of tasks to complete assignments.
• Monitors production and adjusts feed and settings as needed.
• Checks output for quality and documents defects.
• Identifies need for machine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintains a safe and clean workstation.
• Contributes to team effort by performing related tasks.
