Latitude Corp, a precision metal manufacturer, seeks a skilled Machinist 5 to join its 100% employee-owned team in Verona, WI. The role requires setting up and running CNC mills and lathes, generating programs, and fixture design to meet exacting customer specs.

Candidates should read blueprints, GD&T, and perform quality inspections with attention to detail. We offer a climate-controlled environment, weekly pay, and a suite of employee-owned benefits, including ESOP and a strong 401(k) match.

Competenze

• 5 years of machining experience required, demonstrate setup and run capability.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T tolerances accurately.
• Experience programming/editing at the machine or CAD CAM system.
• Fixture design and manufacture experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.

Mansioni

• Set up and run Mill/Lathe jobs, including first-time runs.
• Create programs and fixtures; drive tooling setups per travelers.
• Inspect parts to ensure dimensional and aesthetic standards.
• Maintain MES logs, perform routine maintenance and housekeeping.
• Work safely, follow ISO quality and safety procedures.
