Job summary
Latitude Corp in Verona, WI is seeking a New Product Launch Manager - Machining to join a 100% employee-owned team. This role focuses on developing and launching new machining products, improving manufacturability, and mentoring shop floor personnel.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in metal machining with process improvement focus; or 15 years without degree.
Responsibilities
- Develop, define and analyze machining production processes.
- Lead introduction of new products into production and ensure manufacturability.
- Create work instructions and routing for machining operations.
- Identify cost savings and new equipment/tech to improve efficiency.
- Mentor operators on new processes and equipment.
