Rolls-Royce in Graniteville, SC is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Machining to lead manufacturing process development, equipment selection, and global process improvements. You will drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across local and international sites, while mentoring production staff and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The role requires a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering degree with 5 years of experience (or 9 years) in manufacturing, plus

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience; or 9 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
Shift: compressed work schedule (Mon–Thu).
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
