Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering and 3 years of machining engineering experience, or 7 years of machining engineering experience.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and Rolls-Royce cannot sponsor visas at this time.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day manufacturing engineering support for Machining assembly lines, focusing on production stability and performance.
• Support implementation and sustainment of assembly processes, tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and update work instructions, standard work, and process documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities targeting quality, efficiency, safety, and ergonomics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support daily production needs.
