Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related work experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Participates in on-the-job training to learn Machinery & Equipment valuation concepts.
• Reviews prior appraisal reports to understand valuation processes.
• Travels for site inspections and client meetings, including photographing assets.
• Provides analytical and research support for projects and KPI analysis.
• Works under project manager guidance and adheres to valuation methodologies.
• Communicates with bank clients and appraised companies to gather information.
• Develops qualitative understanding of factors affecting values and presents findings.
• Assists in producing final appraisal reports and maintains the appraisal database.
• Learns and adheres to USPAP standards for Machinery & Equipment valuations.
