Altium Packaging in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Machine Technician to operate blow‑mold equipment, grinders, trimmers, and conveyors while troubleshooting process issues and performing routine maintenance. The role emphasizes adherence to GMP and the ability to train entry-level operators.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of blow mold operation experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and reads blueprints and technical manuals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience as a machine operator.
• 3+ years' blow mold machine operation required.
• Working knowledge of caliper and micrometer.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Physical stamina and strength; able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow‑mold, grinders, trimmer machines and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot process problems and perform minor maintenance.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
