Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Willing to work all shifts and overtime.
• Experience scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee multiple component projects within the machine shop.
• Develop project plans, define scope, set milestones, and drive resolutions.
• Act as liaison among floor supervision, planning, foreman, and manager.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement recovery plans to meet schedule.
• Lead and motivate project teams; assign tasks and ensure cross-trade collaboration.
• Manage project budgets and track costs; initiate meetings and vendor coordination.
