Responsibilities

• Gather materials as needed to maintain production.
• Perform complex setup, operation and adjustment of equipment to meet specifications.
• Conduct visual quality checks using gauges and tools.
• Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed.
• Perform changeovers and ensure efficient transitions between runs.
• Report quality, process, equipment or material issues to the supervisor or lead.
• Train other operators as needed.
