Job summary

E-ONE, a Terex company, is seeking a Machine Operator II to set up, operate and change over equipment for producing parts used in custom vehicles. You will read shop orders, inspect parts for specification, and maintain safety in a high-paced manufacturing area.

Work with saws, drills, brake presses, calipers and other tools; participate in lean initiatives and 5S practices, with potential overtime as production demands.< /p>

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Perform visual and dimensional checks to ensure parts meet tolerances.
• Adhere to safety rules and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up, change over and operate the complete range of equipment and machine tools.
• Process materials into parts following shop orders and specifications.
• Position materials and ensure parts meet dimensions using calipers.
• Maintain production flow and assist in lean improvements.
