Job summary

• Follow standard operating procedures for changeovers and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and use PPE as required.
• Follow GMPs and QA procedures to ensure food safety and quality.
• Read and execute production schedules, communicating deviations.
• Maintain production flow by supplying materials and performing minor servicing.
• Record downtime and quality metrics; prepare reports.
• Perform equipment sanitation and assist with maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with all departments to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
