Dauch Corporation in Detroit, MI is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to join the Driveline team on the 3rd shift. You will perform maintenance on CNC mills, conveyors, robots, and related equipment to keep production running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have CNC and maintenance experience, can read drawings, and are skilled in troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic systems. Safety and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2+ years CNC experience and 2-3+ years maintenance experience.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and equipment.
• Ability to drive a forklift, scissor lift, and articulating arm boom truck.
• Experience with troubleshooting and using standard maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports production operations with maintenance and repairs for electrical and mechanical problems on CNC mills, conveyors, and robots.
• Analyzes problems and uses troubleshooting techniques to repair equipment.
• Reads mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications.
• Performs preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance per work orders.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment and adheres to safety rules.
