Job Description: This role involves inspecting yarn, handling yarn packages up to 20 lbs, ensuring correct thread-up of machines, fixing yarn breakouts, and labeling. The Senior Machine Operator will be responsible for:

1. Obtaining daily work assignments upon arrival
2. Loading necessary yarn onto pintrucks
3. Selecting correct color plastic tubes
4. Transporting yarn to assigned machines
5. Doffing ICBT twisters
6. Creel cable twisters
7. Repairing yarn breaks on Verdol, Volkmann, and ICBT twisters
8. Performing lot change work on Verdol, Volkmann, and ICBT twisters
9. Completing operator effectiveness audits
10. Performing other duties as assigned by the immediate manager

Operators are required to fill out Job Safety Analyses (JSA) as part of their duties.
