Job summary

RAM Mounts in Seattle, WA is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to keep production running by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment and systems. This hands-on role covers electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, PLC, and robotic systems while supporting preventative maintenance and equipment installations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, perform routine and emergency repairs, and ensure safety and compliance with manufacturer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical, equipment, or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, PLC, robotic, or automated systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments.
• Self-motivated with a drive for continuous learning and growth.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to clearly read, write, and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment to keep operations running smoothly
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and keep equipment operating reliably
• Diagnose equipment issues and identify effective repair solutions
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, and adjustments across production departments
• Repair and maintain machine water systems, including leaks and other issues
• Perform routine and emergency equipment repairs as needed
• Maintain tools, parts, equipment, and maintenance supplies to support efficient repairs
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Partner with Production teams to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
