Job summary

Tree Top Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Washington (Selah) to fabricate, repair, and maintain equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems. You will support production by diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and improving processes for efficiency and quality.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, safety compliance, and the ability to operate CMMS daily. Shifts are 2nd (2:30pm-11pm) or 3rd (10:30pm-7am).

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor equipment; collect data and troubleshoot problems.
• Repair, rebuild, adjust, lubricate, and document findings.
• Assist with parts gathering and tool preparation; communicate with team.
• Follow safety procedures and GMP standards; complete work orders.
