Uare.ai is the platform for Human-First AI. General models give everyone's answer. An Individual AI is trained on one person, so it gives theirs.
It runs on our Human Life Model (HLM), which captures seven dimensions of who someone is. Each HLM belongs to its person, and their data never trains anyone else's model. Live since July 2026, the HLM is now heading into U.S. defense programs, running on Azure OpenAI inside Azure Government at IL5.
Founded by Rob LoCascio, founder and former CEO of LivePerson. Backed by $10.3M from Mayfield and Boldstart Ventures.
You will make the HLM run on Azure OpenAI inside a Department of Defense/War Impact Level 5 (IL5) boundary, and prove it performs as well there as it does commercially.
We hire for a growth mindset: outcomes over output, experiments by default, and moving the metric that matters.
Location: in-person, 5 days a week, across our San Francisco and Los Altos offices.
