For current Fortive or OpCo employees, this role can be remote.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll work in an agile environment to create data products for NPD (New Product Development). Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying large-scale machine learning systems to drive business outcomes and deliver value. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as data scientists, software engineers, and product managers is essential to understand requirements and implement solutions.

Experience:

• Expertise in machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistics, including developing algorithms for data mining, feature selection, and predictive modeling.
• Experience delivering solutions for the Hi-Tech manufacturing industry, leveraging IoT and other data sources, and integrating them into hardware products or enhancing product value.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Experience mentoring junior machine learning engineers and data scientists.
