You will supervise machinists and grinders, coordinate production, collaborate with engineering for fixture/tooling optimization, and uphold ISO9001 and EH&S standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a machine shop leadership role.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 and Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Ability to read GD&T drawings and technical specs.
