Job summary

A-TEK, Inc. seeks a Senior Desktop Administrator with Mac and Windows expertise to support a federal health agency. On-site in Rockville, MD, you will deliver hands-on desktop support, configure workstations, and secure endpoints for ~900 users.

The role requires A+, ACSP, JAMF 100, and MS365 certifications, plus ServiceNow and AD experience in an enterprise environment. Monday–Friday, 9:30 am–6:00 pm, with a $70k–$80k salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in Microsoft and Apple endpoint management solutions.
• Proficient configuring, troubleshooting and supporting Apple mobile devices.
• Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Mac OS in an Active Directory enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktop computers and peripherals in a cross-platform environment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install hardware, software, and OS for Mac and Windows.
• Support and troubleshoot wired, wireless, and VPN connectivity for various devices.
• Manage tickets in ServiceNow and document work performed and communication with clients.
• Prepare equipment for surplus, including secure data removal.
