Job summary

FalconSmartIT seeks a Senior Systems Consultant to advise on Microsoft 365 deployments, governance, and training in a primarily onsite Philadelphia context. You will act as a technical expert for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps, Exchange, and Purview, delivering regular training and championing updates.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with LMS for training, and report weekly on progress, blockers, and potential issues, while engaging with City IT teams at various sites.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years experience with M365 applications and products, especially SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, including Voice and Rooms, and Exchange.
• At least 5 years experience scripting in PowerShell, with code reviews and repositories.
• At least 3 years experience offering and leading consultations to diverse groups of clients, including technical staff and business/programmatic staff.
• At least 3 years experience preparing, delivering, and leading training on M365 products.

Responsibilities

• Consult on use of M365 applications and products as needed.
• Offer regular scheduled training in the use of M365 applications and products.
• Serve as the resident technical expert for M365, with focus on SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps, Exchange, and Purview.
• Act as arbiter of changes, feature updates, and new features for M365 products and applications.
• Develop governance for Power Apps and SharePoint.
