About the role:

We’re seeking an experienced SharePoint Online Engineer to modernize our customer's intranet, develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and automate business processes with Power Automate. This hands-on opportunity combines SharePoint administration, development, UI/UX design, security, and governance. You’ll collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to improve platform functionality, accessibility, and adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Design and administer SharePoint Online sites, site collections, hubs, libraries, and lists.
• Develop custom intranet layouts and integrate Microsoft 365 applications using SPFx.
• Build and maintain workflows and Power Automate configurations.
• Manage Entra ID security groups, advanced permissions, and permission audits.

Required experience:

5+ years in each of the following areas:

• SharePoint Online development support, Microsoft 365 hybrid infrastructure, Windows, advanced permissions, and Entra ID.
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx) customization and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Front-end design, user interface, and user experience.
• SharePoint roadmap enhancements and changes, including technical runbook development.
• Workflow and Power Automate configuration.

Strong communication skills and knowledge of SharePoint Online best practices are essential.

A bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field is required; experience may substitute for formal education.

Preferred:

• PowerShell, data governance frameworks and policies, advanced business process knowledge, and Microsoft 365 or Power Platform certifications.
