Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced M365 Security and Compliance Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This senior role focuses on securing the Microsoft 365 environment within a Government Community Cloud and protecting enterprise endpoints across Windows, macOS, and iOS.

You will drive rapid engineering responses to vulnerabilities and operational risks while maintaining high security standards.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or US Person with ability to obtain Public Trust level 5 clearance.
• 8+ years of experience in M365 security and compliance.
• Hands-on with Defender and Sentinel SIEM and cross-platform telemetry.
• Expert-level Intune across Windows/macOS/iOS/iPadOS.
• Advanced PowerShell for remediation and automation.
• Strong CAP architecture and identity risk enforcement.
• Experience with ATO control evidence, compliance mapping, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Strategic security oversight and governance for M365 and DLP.
• Email security and compliance management across Exchange Online.
• Identity, access, and conditional access engineering (Entra ID).
• Endpoint and device security engineering using Intune.
• Risk management and compliance assurance for ATO/controls.
• Security monitoring, SIEM, and telemetry engineering (Defender/Sentinel).
• Incident response and operational support with cross-functional teams.
• Continual improvement and adoption of new security capabilities.
