Job summary
Penn Mutual is seeking a Staff M365 Engineer to shape and support the modern workplace experience across the enterprise. In this role, you will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for the architecture, engineering, security, and reliability of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem across the enterprise.
As the technical authority for M365 platforms including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot, you will help ensure our environment remains secure,
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise collaboration or workplace engineering
- 5+ years in Microsoft 365
- Expert-level Exchange Online, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, and Teams (Voice)
- Strong knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD, IAM, PowerShell, and Graph API
- Experience supporting large, regulated enterprise environments
Responsibilities
- Architect, engineer, secure, and run M365 across the enterprise.
- Lead governance, security, and compliance for M365 services.
- Plan and execute migrations and integrations (Zoom to Teams, etc.).
- Design identity/access models and secure integrations with Entra ID/Azure AD.
- Drive reliability, monitoring, incident response, and change management.
- Enable Copilot and modern workplace features with governance.
- Mentor engineers and influence stakeholder roadmaps
