Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Exchange Online administration and mail flow management.
• Strong knowledge of email security protocols including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX configuration.
• Experience with Exchange hybrid configurations and migration from on-premises Exchange.
• Proficiency with M365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center, and PowerShell for bulk operations.
• Knowledge of M365 compliance features including DLP, retention, and eDiscovery.
• Experience troubleshooting complex mail flow and delivery issues.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Exchange Online including mailbox management, transport rules, and mail flow configuration.
• Administer and manage internal SMTP servers.
• Configure and maintain shared mailboxes, distribution groups, dynamic groups, and mail-enabled objects.
• Troubleshoot email delivery issues, NDRs, mail flow anomalies, and hybrid connectivity problems.
• Monitor messaging service health and perform proactive capacity and performance management.
• Implement and maintain DLP, retention policies, and compliance holds in Exchange Online.
• Manage email security services including anti-spam, anti-phishing, DKIM, DMARC, and SPF policies.
• Support email auditing, eDiscovery, and legal hold requirements in coordination with compliance teams.
