Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing IT consulting in M365
• 2+ years of Azure experience and knowledge
• Experience delivering client-facing artifacts (architectures, docs)
• Experience migrating enterprise clients to Microsoft 365
• Experience with secure, enterprise Azure environments aligned to CAF
• Ability to modernize legacy infrastructure for cloud migration
• Deep expertise with Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Hands-on Entra ID/MFA/CA and hybrid identity experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft security tools (Defender, MCAS, Information Protection)
• Understanding of governance and compliance tools (Purview, Priva, DLP)
• Occasional travel to client sites for pre-sales and project work

Responsibilities

• Lead M365 consulting projects with client stakeholders
• Participate in pre-sales for M365 projects
• Create solution architectures and migration plans
• Perform hands-on implementation work
• Provide project leadership to team members
• Interface with client IT, business, and exec teams
• Lead architecture reviews and governance discussions
• Provide escalation support for managed services
