Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / AI Solutions Architect to partner with business, engineering, and leadership teams to design and deliver production-grade AI solutions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across AI engineering, ML, software engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying production AI solutions.
• Strong Python development skills, APIs, testing, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure Functions, Container Apps, Azure SQL, Blob Storage).
• Data engineering experience with Databricks, data lakes, and modern cloud data warehouses.
• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, security, and compliance.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems and APIs.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer / AI Solutions Architect to work closely with business, engineering, and technical leadership teams to design and deliver production-grade AI solutions.

You will act as a technical subject matter expert across AI engineering, agentic AI, RAG, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and enterprise integrations. You will also play an important role in establishing best practices and helping develop the organization's wider AI engineering capabilities.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience across AI engineering, machine learning, software engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrable experience designing and deploying production AI solutions
• Strong Python development skills, including APIs, testing, and CI/CD
• Experience with ML/AI frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly services such as Azure Functions, Container Apps, Azure SQL, and Blob Storage
• Strong data engineering experience with platforms such as Databricks, data lakes, and modern cloud data warehouses
• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, security, and compliance
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs
• Experience working with REST and/or GraphQL APIs
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience building AI agents or agentic AI solutions
• Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases
• Familiarity with AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability tooling
• Experience integrating AI with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise platforms
• Experience establishing AI engineering standards or mentoring other AI professionals
