Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager in its Mergers & Acquisitions Tax practice in the United States. You will lead major M&A tax engagements, advise on complex matters, and work with senior clients to drive successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes cross-border considerations, regulatory insights, and strategic advisory across tax functions. As part of the Federal M&A team, you’ll manage projects, mentor teams, and help shape client solutions while upholding PwC’s values and ethics.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in tax, M&A or related advisory roles.
• CPA, Bar membership or other relevant credentials may qualify for this opportunity.
• JD/LLM/Masters degree in Accounting or Taxation may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's in Accounting.
