PwC is seeking a Senior Manager in the Federal M&A team to lead financial analyses and advise on corporate M&A, private equity, post-deal integration, bankruptcy, and insolvency. You will manage large projects, collaborate with senior clients, mentor teams, and drive innovative processes while upholding PwC's Professional framework.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience
• CPA, Bar or other tax/finance credentials may qualify
• JD/LLM or Master’s in Accounting/Taxation may substitute for a Bachelor's
