Qualifications

• Experience leading M&A tax services engagements at a large firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engagement management with c-suite clients for financial due diligence on middle-market companies.
• Collaborate with private equity, strategic clients and banks for buy-side/sell-side diligence and tax activities.
• Lead deal execution, including client relationships and deliverables, plus mentoring staff.
• Coordinate services with other firm practice areas as needed.
• Build relationships with existing clients and participate in networking and business development.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff, seniors and managers.
