Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in New York seeks a Senior Associate to help define group and divisional M&A strategy and to execute opportunities end-to-end. You will build relationships across partners, model financially, and deliver high‑quality analyses for decision makers.

You will work with managers and directors on live transactions, support due diligence and integration planning, and contribute to the team’s pipelines and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate development, strategy, deal advisory, or finance-led teams.
• Experience supporting live M&A/Strategy/Investment projects.
• Strong experience working within a team.
• Degree or equivalent and professional qualification (CFA, CA, ACA).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple activities across our project portfolio, including live transaction support end-to-end and origination work.
• Ensure high quality output and timely delivery against deadlines.
• Support end-to-end transaction execution, including co-ordination and integration planning.
• Build sophisticated financial models and appraisal materials to inform decisions.
• Own transaction workstreams on selected projects and manage related activities.
• Contribute to M&A strategy and pipeline artefacts and support origination opportunities.
