This role involves drafting acquisition agreements, supporting sponsors and portfolio companies, and managing client relationships. Office presence is required in the office at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Must be licensed or ready to become licensed in the jurisdiction of the hiring office.

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documentation.
• Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
