Responsibilities

• Lead integration planning and execution from diligence through post-close and steady-state operations.
• Run the Integration Management Office and govern multiple workstreams.
• Track dependencies, elevate blockers with recommendations, and drive timely decisions.
• Identify synergies across engineering, people, finance, legal, and other functions.
• Partner with acquired leadership teams to bridge cultural and operational differences.
• Apply AI tools to automate diligence synthesis, reporting, and tracker upkeep.
• Codify a scalable M&A integration playbook for Archer and document lessons learned.
• Support broader M&A strategy, including target sourcing and pre-signing execution.
