Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, strategy consulting, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; three-statement modeling, scenario analysis, building models from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain M&A target pipeline, sourcing and screening targets.
• Conduct market research across aerospace, defense, and aviation software sectors.
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses to support deal structuring.
• Own due diligence process: draft data requests, manage data rooms, coordinate workstreams, synthesize findings.
• Support transaction execution with outside counsel and financial advisors; review term sheets.
