Job summary

Archer, based in San Jose, is seeking a Sr. Integration & Corporate Development Manager to lead end-to-end integration efforts for acquisitions.

You will run Archer's Integration Management Office (IMO), govern cross-functional workstreams, and build a scalable playbook to standardize integration across deals. You will work closely with Archer's executive team to identify synergies, manage risk, and drive value creation while leveraging AI tools to automate diligence and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in M&A integration, corporate development, management consulting, or program/portfolio management.
• Experience leading integration efforts for at least one significant acquisition.
• Ability to run a structured, cross-functional program with ownership of timeline, risk, and reporting.
• Clear communication of status, risk, and complexity to executives and steering committees.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity while driving progress with incomplete information.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, aligned with strategic deal goals.
• Experience applying AI tools to increase efficiency and output.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration planning and execution for Archer acquisitions from diligence through post-close to steady-state operations.
• Own and run the Integration Management Office (IMO) and serve as primary contact for executive teams.
• Maintain the master integration plan, track cross-functional dependencies, and drive timely decisions.
• Identify synergies and value-creation opportunities across engineering, people, finance, legal, and other areas.
• Bridge cultural and operational differences to protect deal value and foster trust.
• Codify a scalable M&A integration playbook for Archer and document lessons learned.
