Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, management consulting, or program/portfolio management.
• Structured, cross-functional program ownership with clear timeline, risk, and reporting.
• Ability to translate status, risk, and complexity into concise updates for executives.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity while driving progress.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strategic deal goals.
• Familiarity with applying AI tools to increase efficiency and output.
• Experience integrating an acquired company into a public or late-stage private company.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration planning and execution for Archer’s acquisitions from diligence through post-close and steady-state operations.
• Own and run the Integration Management Office (IMO) as primary contact for executive teams and acquired leaders.
• Maintain the master integration plan, track cross-functional dependencies, raise blockers with recommendations, and drive decisions.
• Identify, track, and capture synergies and value creation across major functional areas.
• Bridge cultural and operational differences to protect deal value and establish trust between teams.
• Apply AI tools to automate diligence synthesis, status reporting, and tracker upkeep.
• Codify a scalable M&A integration playbook and document lessons learned for future deals.
• Support broader M&A strategy, including thesis generation, target sourcing, and pre-signing execution.
