Autodesk is seeking a Senior Program Manager, M&A Finance to lead the finance workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle—from diligence and transaction planning through close, integration, and post-close value realization.

This role partners with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Corporate Development, Legal, HR, IT and business teams to deliver transaction support and integration execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and 9+ years in M&A finance or related areas.
• Strong financial modeling, analytics, and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle from diligence to post-close integration.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and other teams to support transactions.
• Develop and execute integration plans, governance, and milestone tracking.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and drive decision-ready recommendations.
