Johnson & Johnson Co. seeks a Senior Manager, Information Security Risk Management for Acquisitions & Divestitures (A&D) Cybersecurity, Pre-Close. You will lead deal-level assessments, translate findings into risk insights, and guide risk-informed decisions before close.

Collaborating with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Technology Services, you will ensure Day 1 security priorities and post-close integration are defined and executed. Remote work options may be considered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology delivery, security architecture, M&A transaction support, due diligence, integration or separation, or related disciplines.

Aufgaben

• Lead deal-level cybersecurity risk assessments for acquisitions and divestitures.
• Translate diligence evidence into clear risk insights and practical mitigation recommendations.
• Coordinate diligence activities and manage assessment timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Document findings for deal teams and senior leadership; prepare risk-based recommendations for closing conditions.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, Technology Services, and business leaders to align security requirements with deal objectives.
