Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
• Lead drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of asset purchase agreements, merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, and JV agreements.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence investigations and identify legal risks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
• Develop relationships with clients and provide timely updates to meet business objectives.
• Develop corporate policies and provide ongoing counsel on legal matters.
